They are managing my Flat in Roodepoort.After not having a tenant for months i decided to place my own paid gumtree ad and informed Knight Estates.I received about 14 people that were interested in the unit but not one was able to view it as knight estates just never got back to them or made empty promisesSo disappointed!

Very bad service, can't even arrange a basic viewing nor come back to me after being told they would. I do not recommend them

Love the service we got from them.The agent we worked with did everything for us and kept us up to date with everything regarding the sale of the house. She was very profesional at all times and I would recommend them anytime.

How hard is it to get a deposit refund from you people?? Disgusting customer service - especially during Covid when people are financially suffering. Don't rent a property if these are the agents!

I have been trying to view a rental property from them but they just never get back to you.After 2 weeks i confirmed with the owner if it was still available and it was but he was in a different town and asked me to please keep trying to view via knight estates.I was still not able to view and the owner got back to me today to follow up but unfortunately i already rented a other flat.

Most unfriendly and no customer service. You must beg them for service and full of excuses for providing no service at all. Give them a miss.... I know I will....
