Unprofessional reception! Kindly pls do something about your staff Dr. I admire your work and the way you treat your patients but your reception, it's horrible! Today i called in, what a dead non attentive response then i drive there and at 9:05 the closed sign is still up, i knock and that lady just ddn't have the time of day for me and claimed she doesn't know whether your coming in or not✋.

Very bad experience with the dentist this morning. My cousin came into the rooms bleeding on the tooth, after the dentist had removed his tooth last week Wednesday. Basically told us we are overreacting - in an unsympathetic way, and that there was no need for him to come with a family member. Totally down-played our concern as family - despite all the blood that was coming out. My cousin will follow the instructions she gave, and we will disclose the outcome.
