The food was good, as KFC always is, but the drive thru is difficult. It is up hill and has a narrow lane. Wouldn't recommend it. Rather go inside to order. Also it was during loadshedding and all around the generators were so loud, we had to repeat our order a few times and had to basically scream.

I always have to park up and wait for my order which is always missing something. This time it was a double crunch burger and 2 oreo crushes. Not good at all.

One of the best KFC I have been to. The food is always fresh and hot and the service is very good. The cashiers are very friendly as well. There is parking available and the drive thru is very efficient

The service on this day the service was absolutely appalling. The ladies at the counter truly need more training in customer service. I was not pleased at all with the service. The food itself was to be expected of KFC chicken so that was good as we got what we expected. The premises are clean and tidy as food establishment should be. There is enough parking and the location of this KFC is quite convenient. The service needs a lot of improvement, based on the service recieved on the day in question.

Ordered and paid on the app, chose the drive thru option. Everything was fine until we got to the collection window they said they actually couldn't pick up the order. After about 20 minutes of waiting, someone eventually found it. Moral of the story is never order and pay on the app as it wastes time.

We were pleasantly surprised by the KFC in Shelley Beach. It was some of the freshest KFC we've had in ages. Service was super quick and friendly as well!
