So helpfull and patient with customers. went around 330pm with only 30 min to do my quotation ended up spending almost an hour and not even i second hav i felt like they wanted me out of their shop since they had to close at 4pm. You are awesome guys keep it up never expected such customer care.

Got welcome by Sindy Yende by the entrance, served with a smile. This is a clean store as compared to other CTM stores I have visited. She had a good sense of humor too.

Very helpful store with very friendly staff. Got refund on unused stock that had been purchased on line. Great selection of tiles and equipment available in store, and plenty of parking space.
