Nov last year they came to fix the cable cos I had E48, all they did was to seal the join and it worked but this week it rained and the same happened, I called and messaged them they refused to come and ignored me. I had to get another installer who showed me a faulty damaged cable and warned out nlb which has been properly fixed.
