Been a pleasure to stay here. The building is very well managed and maintained. It’s safe and convenient with the shops and restaurants downstairs.Dealing with Swish has also been great. They’ve been very accommodating and helpful.

Very disappointing this afternoon with the price of the spaghetti and the cashier didn’t want to tell me about the special that I didn’t see properly I paid R19,95 for 1 spaghetti while I can get two for R20

Neat apartments and a safe environment close to the Cape Town city centre makes it ideal for young professionals to live, work and play.There is security at all entrances and the elevators are also secured against intruders.The premises itself has a Spar, Clicks, offices and a couple of restaurants, as well as a pool and gym on the top floor so you can really live here.There are neat views over the harbour and the mountain.

Great building with restaurants and shops but had a bad experience with managing agents Swish. Staff are rude and unaccomodating. Won't recommend dealing with the agents anymore. Also maintenance issues were not resolved throughout my stay .
