My interactions with Houtgoeters has been the worst customer experience I have had. I ordered a three quarter sized house bed frame. It was built and delivered by Houtgoeters in December 2018. It was too small for the three quarter sized mattress. I contacted Houtgoeters in December. They agreed to look at the problem. I followed up numerous times with them about when they were going to look at the problem. Not once did they contact me to organise the collection of the frame and the correction of the problem. Finally, I spoke to Johan again in February and he was incredibly rude and aggressive during the phone call. I was in disbelief that anyone would speak to a customer in such a manner. They picked up the house bed frame with the commitment that they would return the corrected house bed within 2 to 3 days. A week later my husband phoned Johan to follow up on when we would get the frame back. Johan raised his voice and was again incredibly rude and aggressive. My husband told Johan that this was bad customer service to which Johan replied that we were bad customers. Even after being patient for months and following up with Houtgoeters and with no effort from Houtgoeters to keep us informed or engage us in this process of correcting their mistake; not once did we become disrespectful, rude or aggressive. That evening I informed Johan via email that he can keep the frame and just refund us. He refused to refund us and delivered a poorly finished frame at my house. I will never use Houtgoeters or recommend Houtgoeters again. Houtgoeters does not value customer service and they do not value their customers.

Most Pathetic business etiquette I have ever seen. Absolutely not customer friendly.

Supply recycled pallet wood. When you purchase there is no bits that you are buying that you have no use for.

They have a great selection of pallet planks. They have card facilities but the price is higher when paying with credit card. Great service and very friendly! Will be back
