I had a very strange horizontal looking dent. 2 other companies said that the dent can't be repaired via paintless dent removal. Ian managed to do the impossible and I'm highly impressed with his work. He made my car look brand new in a record time! Thanks again Repent - A - Dent for providing quality service at an affordable price! I recommend them a 1000% and will definitely make use of their expertise again.

Picked up a small but sharp dent right above the windscreen on my X3. Called around for quotes and was referred to Repent-A-Dent. Made an appointment with Ian who came to my workplace and made an honest assessment along with proper explanation - the dent could not be reached from inside due to body construction, but with proper tools and technique, he managed to work out 90% of the dent. It's not visible without special lighting anymore. For good measure he also tackled a small dent on the passenger door to perfection. Nice oke - give him a call.

I found Ian to be very pleasant, punctual and honest on a very difficult and delicate repair on my GLC Mercedes Benz. He was always advising me of the various risks he needed to take, explained the benefits or risks of following a specific route, and allowed me to make an informed, best decision. Without the honesty from him, I don’t the repair would have come out as well as it did. Very happy with the final result on a black car, making it even more challenging. Found him very pleasant to work with an extremely talented at his profession. I have no hesitation and in fact, highly recommend his work and have done so to over a handful of close and dear friends. Thanks Ian, great effort!
