Training was insightful, but there was a significant amount of information to absorb. The training certainly took me a bit out of my comfort zone, but provided a more structured and scientific way to approach sales.From an improvement perspective, more focus on understanding the nature of business and using that as a basis to deliver a more targeted training initiative would have been more effective. There was a lack of product knowledge being driven and this was the only drawback

Was not sure what to expect, but can without a doubt say that the training was insightful. Can however mention that the training was extremely long hours, a lot of information to absorb, but will definitely make use of the pointers in future.

Iv had the opportunity to engage with Shayna and Sibusiso on this sales course. Id like to say that it was very engaging as the facilitator especially Shayna keep you very engaged with what's happening in during the course and its very interactive. Well done Shayna i think you a very awesome facilitator i do however think that other people should also be given the same opportunity in the class to engage and not the same people. Other than that i think you a very awesome facilitator and managed to take away a few things which i managed to learn
