I have never had such an unpleasant experience before. I would strongly caution against renting a property with this agency!! The agent was absolutely unprofessional and cost us A LOT of money. The previous tenant had not left the place by the 1st. And the place was infested with cockroaches when we moved in forcing us to book a hotel for 3 days.We had to arrange for fumigation services ourselves and spend MORE money. There is no communication between the owner and agent. We were not even made aware that if reported correctly the owner would have paid for our fumigation service. Please do Not use this agency.

Wish there was a zero star rating! Absolutely disgusted with the service from this agents.1. EXTREMELY RUDE2. DISGUSTING SERVICE the agent can't even pick up the phone when calling. Instantly declines the call.3. HAVING A PROBLEM with EVERYTHING4. VERY VERY VERY!!!!! Won't recommend any one for even asking to rent a property with them. You can't even view the property before they want all your personal information. What are they going to do with that information if you decided you don't want to rent the property at all. Won't trust them. Thanks ,but no thanks.

CROOKS!!! Beware: do not even think about dealing with Just sell Properties. They are the most rude, unprofessional compony I have ever worked with. They are only interested in money and will screw you over without losing sleep. Easy to move in but beware, on moving out they will do whatever they can to ensure you get very little or any of your deposit back. I wouldn't recommend Just sell to my worst enemy.. AVOID them at all costs. I have never been so disgusted by such rude and unprofessional conduct. pity we have to give one star,,, they don't deserve even one... WORST EVER!!!!!

It doesn't have emergency contact information,which is tricky for a property managing agent. However do tenants get much needed assistance outside of business hours?

Stay away from this company. They will reap you off and offer you bad services.Their contract is truly one sided and they will charge your ( deposit) on fixes that do not exit.

Just horrible, from planning to move in to the unit one the day arranged they are still busy painting and cleaning the unit then once eveything is packed in and we start to clean ourselves because they did a poor job, we find a few cockroaches and then during the same evening of our first day there are plenty roaming around the house, they won't do anything about it and the issues still that are around the house is the owners fault but we asked for this to be done 2 weeks before we moved in I don't know how you are still in operation as a company but I doubt it will last long with the absolute poor service you provide people with.

The agent rented to us a property at Sandpiper, Montana that was infestated with cockroaches. We had seen other units in the complex as the one he gave us now was not available for viewing at the time. Despite multiple calls and messages, he never took responsibility for it and always made it sound like the cockroach infestation is our problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The admin staff is extremely rude. The agents themselves don't care once you're signed the contract. Nobody takes accountability for anything.No query has every been handled with professionalism.I rented at Jacaranda in Pretoria with Justsell Properties and I regret it. Please stay away from any property leased out by Justsell Properties!! They Will rob you. Move out inspections are a fraud. Admin will flat out ignore all contact attempts.My experience with them was the worst. I would not recommend them at all.
