Msinsi Inanda Dam
It's a beautiful dam location for family and friends ,but for Kayak fishing be careful when the tides turn there is a massive swamp and green water shrub that covers the entire shore and no one can help you get through it but yourself .It's no Mickey mouse clubhouse.

Honestly not much good about the place other than the fact it has dirt, grass and water. The dam is a mess with Hyacinth and depending on the wind you will be surrounded by it all day. Toilets in a sorry state, pretty much on par for guavament work really.

The area is beautiful and the views of table mountain are stunning. The upkeep is not up to scratch with badly potholes roads within the reserve. The braai facilities are adequate but could really do with new supports for the grid. Bring your own grid if possible. Entrance fee is R44 per person

Stunning place to braai and relax with the family. Braai and toilet facilities available. Nearest mall is the Watercrest mall which is about 20 minutes away, so make sure you pack necessities especially drinking water. Roads have lots of pot holes. Entry fee R46 per adult and R35 per child

Inanda Dam is beautiful with the most spectacular views. The picnic site is clean with braai facilities and clean toilets. We saw Zebra which walked close by. Was very beautiful. Went on a boat ride down stream to the Dam Wall. The boat rides are R126 a person. The entrance fee to the dam is R44 an adult. The road leading to the dam has a lot of pot holes and is whindy. Had the most amazing day at the dam.

The campsite is well maintained and ablutions are very good. Hot water and even a bath in the ladies. Recommend to take your own large braai grid to use on the brick braais provided. Tented cabins look stunning.

We've spent a week at the resort, facilities were clean and the was no crowds. Enjoyed the quiet peaceful atmosphere. However, since the dam levels are low, I think that they could do a clean up as there are plenty of broken bottles and tree stumps where the water used to be.

Beautiful place, great for a few days stay over, if you love fishing or Boating. Road has a few bad pot holes coming from the Kloof side. Great for Campers. Not for those that want a posh polished outing.

The dam is very nice but would not recommend driving along the river. There are dodgy areas and we were mugged at the weir and phone was stolen by four young fellows. Be careful around that area as they are looking for people to prey on.
