My handbrake was stuck this morning and couldn't drive my car. I requested a quote on their website and Indira immediately contacted me.The quotation and all information, together with costs, were provided within 30 min of speaking to her, and 2 hours later Sipho was at my gate to assist.The entire process was seamless and extremely professional. This, together with the fact that they were by far the best price around.I would definitely recommended anyone using Fixxr for any repair needs!

The mechanic Norman was excellent, unfortunately the admin and communication is not on point. Quotes provided for parts that were not sourced, no communication of these. Not being able to source certain parts is understandable but including the part in both the email and Whatsapp communication with the quote amount then keeping the quote amount the same after not being able to source all the parts because your description was incorrect, is not acceptable. This information is what influences the customer to accept or reject the quote.

Service was completed as advertised and Promise was professional and nice. Pros: I didn’t have to leave the house, get transport to and from home or leave my car at the dealer all day. Suggestions: check website to find your listed repair, first set up an account with your details, then get a quote. Everything can be managed from your account vs. calling and duplicating information over the phone with different pay portals. Now that my account is set up, I can see where this would be faster and easier to arrange a standard repair than spending time and money on travel and waiting.

I had a computer box problem that had been bugging me for a while. I tried Fixxer and they sent someone over the same day and sorted me out, even referred me to a specialist. So I would def recommend them.

Booked Fixxr for a diagnostic. The first guy they sent didn't have the diagnostic tool/machinery but he was knowledgeable and shed light regardless. What impressed me with FIXXR was the customer service. When I shared I wasn't happy with the guy doing the diagnostic without the tool, they immediately sent someone else with the tool, at no extra cost to me. The mechanic was so helpful and courteous, he even changed my flat tyre for me. Awesome experience and I will be recommending the business.

Excellent customer service, professional and highly qualified mechanics very reliable and efficient. My car had a damaged wheel bearing. I called Fixxr and the car was sorted out with no issues. Conveniently at my place. Thank you Dee, John and team keep up the good work
