Ensure Services

Don't recommend. My HP Omen 16 had 2 months left of warranty but they refused to honour it or even do any work on it because it had upgraded RAM inside which was put in by Evetech at the time of purchase. Considering how many units of laptops Evetech sells every day, you would think that HP would honour it's warranties with them as a business partner. Ensure services sent one email to me regarding this and then never replied to any correspondence thereafter, they didn't call me to notify me my unit was ready to be collected either. When I went to fetch it they took half an hour to give me my laptop back which seems suspect as well.

The worst service I have ever experienced. The people are unprofessional and the systems are extremely poor. It’s better to repair your own laptop than take it to Ensure Services.

Handed my Dell XPS laptop with faulty keyboard in and was told they would diagnose and give me a quote to fix in 2-3 days. A week later, nothing has happened so I mail them, 3 days later they give me a quote. I accept immediately. They finish replacing the keyboard 2-3 weeks later. Basically took them a month to swap out the keyboard on my laptop. Terrible. The new keyboard stopped working 5 months later but I didn't take it back to them even though it's under guarantee - I've just agreed to pay someone else R2k to fix it because I can't be without my laptop for weeks again while they fix it. If you have to take your laptop to them just buy a new one so long and keep the one they are fixing as a spare when you get it back a month later.

Easy, hassle free process of diagnosing, ordering and replacing my detachable keyboard. I am extremely happy.I had a very good experience with this company. My HP Elite x2 detachable keyboard broke and it was within the warranty so I was directed by the shop that I bought it that I should contact ensure services for this as they are assigned for diagnostics of HP computers.They do not do diagnostics on spot but take 2-3 business days; but they did help me the same day with diagnostics as it was just a detachable keyboard so I could take the computer with and continue my work with a Bluetooth keyboard. This was very convenient to me as I could continue my online job with no interruption until my keyboard arrived.In 5 working days my keyboard had arrived and I could have it with me. Very thankful for the assistance.

Service is great.Communication around the quoting / repairing is good.Repair work done on devices is outstanding.I hope they can support more brands such as Lenovo / Asus / acer.

Guys, just look down on other reviews as well after reading this. I have waited 8 weeks for a part on my dell vostro, when the part arrives they told me they ordered the wrong part and I have to wait again. How can u be a dell partner and have the unit Infront of you and still order it wrong, I don't understand, this is what u specialise in. Its a 50/ 50 chance it seems that after u send your unit in that it might come back with more faults at that rate. Good luck to anyone sending their things in here.

The lady Janine was very unprofessional. I sent my laptop with a driver to Ensure IT Services for repair, as battery that did not charge.Instead of the calling me or talk to me directly on why the laptop was sent to them , she used the driver to communicate with me as third person.The drive had to WhatsApp me banking details and Ensure IT Services emails addresses to forward proof of payment.IT is disturbing when a company like Ensure IT Services employ people with not communication skills.

Had to use them as they are contracted by the seller of my laptop. Had to wait for parts for 2 weeks and then still took 2 weeks to replace a screen. We were away with family when notified the laptop was ready for collection. We then left the event early and drove the extra hour after phoning to confirm they were open until 5pm at 11am. We got there at 2pm and there was no one there at all. It is now their Christmas break so will now have been without the laptop for over 2 months. Absolute shambles. Would not recommend

Absolutely disgusting service, completely unprofessional, incompetency all the way from administration to the technical department, I found out the hard way, after paying R15k for repairs the service was absolute trash , I had to come back and repair AGAIN cause they didn't do it right the first time! I'm here waiting for laptop they said 2 weeks it's been 5 ! A company such as this should not be allowed to even operate, kak sies

The staff at reception are welcoming and professional, they fall flat when it comes to performance, if u want a quick turn around time at affordable rates then this is not the place to go. Stay away, find somewhere else to fix your machine.
