Arrived at 07h20 this morning. Person who opens shop arrives 07h30. 08h00 Your shop opens as per google. Knock on the door at 08h02. The person inside shouts at me through the door but can't hear nothing. Eventually he comes to the door, opens it a small bit, and tells me with his mouth stuffed with food, this corona thing changed his working hours. Shop opens at 09h00. It is nowhere advertised, not on the shopfront or your google ad. Thanks postnet for wasting our time. Second bad experiance.....

Advertised closing time is 18:00. I got to your shop at 17:00 exactly and the door was shut in my face. Good customer service...I think not.You have managed to lose a customer for ever. Well done.

No loadshedding, but lights are off. Employees hiding behind the desk. When asked to print an A3 they said they don't print A3. How is it possible that I've printed A0 & A1 there, but they can't print A3?

Website details out of date - according to their website they are open till 18:00On the door is a notice that they close at 5 due to lockdown- I’m really disappointed that Postnet can’t stay with the changing times- extremely unfriendly staff

Worst PostNet branch ever. Don't think I will ever return. This is the second weekend in a row I have been there, I am standing in a long queue only to be told the color is not working. There is no sign up to inform customers and they are not being told as you enter the shop. I am not sure what this btanch is doing, but I don't think it is being managed correctly. Worst branch ever.

Either your staff did not understand me or your pricing structure is way overpriced. Your staff quoted me R275 to courier per package with an additional R175 because they deemed the destination as a government building. It's ridiculous.I sent the 2 letters now via Courierguy overnight and they charged me R190 for both....Madness!

Just had to drive to another postnet cause 5 workers cannot serve 1 customer in the shop. Next time explain to your customer that you are busy instead of letting a customer sit idle without info.

I don't know why I waste my time coming here. Why advertise that you are open at 8h00 if you only actually open at 9h00? Then the staff are rude and unhelpful on top of it. They make out like they're doing you a favour by doing their jobs. I hope this Postnet goes out of business. I'll rather drive to the one at Hazeldean instead.

I LOVE going to PostNet Old Johannesburg Road. I send packages about once a month. The staff is ALWAYS helpful, friendly and informative. They always do what's best for the client. I wish there was a 10 star rating I could give them. Thank you for all you do.

Male assistant needs to learn customer service. He acts as if he is doing you a favour in assisting you. Card machine out of order, abrubtly informs you about this only after printing has been done. When confronted, his excuse is that there is a sign, which Im supposed to read. I have been a long standing customer here, due to the ladies always being respectful and helpful. But this guy has just made sure that I will be taking business to another branch.
