Excellent service at the store. I am very happy with our spc flooring.

I was quite disappointed with the service in this store. The two sales staff did not seem to be very interested in assisting me with my query. I would not be surprised if this store does not create much return sales. I had a much better service experience from the branch in North Gate Estate, Paarden Eiland.

So disapointed. I took samples home to match with my cuboards. Invited people to come and assist with making a choice. I took time off work again to go and discuss skirtings and match up. I had my own more or less measurements and price was worked out - give or take - around R5500.00. Arrange meeting at my house to do proper measurements - I was not far out. Date was booked for installation. Leave was arranged to take off work to be there. Then I get a call - SORRY NO STOCK and there will be no stock as its discontinued. So had to go and choose something but now my quote is R7500.00. My peeve is that when a customer chooses - the first thing should be - Contact your supplier and find out if there is STOCK _ not wait until all the customer has gone through all the trouble and then phone and there is no stock. Very disapointed in this place

Moving towards the end of a very tiring building process if was such a pleasure dealing with Aubin in selection and advice and Arthurs installation team. They were professional and delivered a proud result. Above expectation beautiful. Thank you to all!

Good and efficient service

Two staff members in store, one on his cellphone and the other on the computer. We were the only clients and spent about 10 minutes before being asked if we needed assistance. He was neither friendly or encouraging, and seemed reluctant to answer the questions we had. Really made us feel stupid and that we were an interruption in his busy day. As much as something beautiful caught my eye, I will definitely not go back there.

Walking into the store and the staff member, seemingly interrupted by reading his paper, was enough to make me leave. Short answers to my questions, condescending and no way of convincing trust in knowledge of the product. Apologies for interrupting him in his profession, not sure what it is.
