Used this service for the first time today after FNB service was down and was quick and painless. I paid via EFT and needed the token urgently and was kindly assisted by Veronique on their support chat. She was friendly and helpful! Great service guys!

Unacceptable Refund and Service: Prepaid24'sI am compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with Prepaid24, which has been nothing short of. Their handling of my refund request and overall level of service have left me frustrated and disheartened.After discovering that the prepaid electricity I purchased through Prepaid24 was not compatible with my Conlog meter, I immediately reached out to request a refund. Unfortunately, their response was far from satisfactory. Despite numerous attempts to communicate and resolve the issue, Prepaid24 displayed a complete lack of professionalism and failed to provide any meaningful assistance.NO REFUND YET
