The worse service I ever received. Abraham the sales consultant never phoned me back after I applied 20th of November before black friday for my renewal of my contract. I had to phone my service provider myself to find out if I were approved or not. When a arrived at the Istore on 27th November I waited 5 hours before I can be helped. After the 5 hours I had to refill in the application form because Abraham lost my renewal's forms. He never told me about the R250 I have to pay for the admin fee.

Terrible store. Too many clients for the amount of staff available. Not enough chairs available to sit on when waiting (which takes very long). The speaker is very loud next to the place where the forms are filled in. Not enough computers available for the staff. The store is crowded and too small. Returned (broken) stock is on the shelves. The staff are trying their best, perhaps if better systems are put in place they don’t have to work until 19:00. If you are planning to upgrade your contract, be prepared to wait for about 4 hours. Pack a lunchbox, chair and a bag of patience or rather avoid the store completely.

I would like to express my appreciation for excellent service from Ayanda in assisting me in setting up my iPhone.

This store/organisation makes commitments it never keeps. It took me a period of 4 weeks to get my upgrade sorted. More frustrating is that you can only call the contact centre to get hold of them and then they close at 5 but the store is open until 7! Let’s not even go there regarding the trade in. 14 days and counting and still not payment made. They promise to call back and never do! This is the consumer being ripped off in broad daylight. They don’t even bother answering the complaints lodged on Hellopeter. This is proof that there is no customer service in this franchise and perhaps the brand as a whole

3 months on a waiting list for a phone. Go in to fetch after waiting half an hour get told the phone is sold. Leave the store fuming after them after trying to palm of another colour just to get a call half an hour later stating they found the phone we can fetch. Never again will I deal with Clearwater

Absolutely shocking when we have dealt with iStore for years and on their so called major “trade-in” scheme we firstly did not get great pricing but for convenience we decided to still go that avenue.One month later and we still have not been paid for our phoned and excuses range from some confusion in accounts (loosly translated in my vocabulary as PURE INCOMPETENCE).Pay us the money iStore, this is an absolute disgrace after we have spend so much money with you over the past decade.

Pathetic service from this store. Go to another store. Definitely not the service or knowledge one expects from a premium retailer.Firstly I purchased a new iPhone 14 Plus with an Apple watch SE (GPS+Cellular). The reason for buying the phone and watch cash was to not have a cell phone contract. This was explicitly told to the salesperson with emphasis on remaining on a prepaid. We were assured that the required esim for the watch would not be a problem. Surprise surprise. A contract is required for an esim. An esim is NOT available on prepaid as we were informed. Going back to the iStore, the salesperson was dumbfounded to hear this revelation about esims. This fact about the esim for the watch is hidden by saying that the watch needs to be charged for minimum 90 minutes so the setup and linking cannot be verified. You're only told to use the watch app.Secondly they assisted" with setting up the iPhone 14 Plus without transferring any information over from my Android device. Anyone can setup usernames and passwords which is the only "assistance" that was provided. Information transfer can only occur during the iPhone setup therefore the iPhone had to be completely reset. A complete waste of time

The shop was very busy, but the staff still managed to serve us in a reasonable time

June/July 2020 I upgraded and had the worst expensive at this mentioned store. However I took it as Covid and moved on. Left a complaint at Istore head office and nothing happens.Heaven for bid it’s that time again and I need to upgrade. Being happy with the product and wana stay with iPhone I try the mentioned store again.Went in asked if I can send all relevant documents via email as I do not have time to come in and out of the store.3 weeks down the line 4x visits of an hour at time in store I still do not have the upgrade yet I have been put on the next upgrade packs and will be paying for the phone.Today spent more than 40min standing where no reply what was the issue after asking what’s up and how long still it was something with a document that I have submitted x2.Bare in mind the store phoned me and said it’s ready for delivery I confirmed I will be there today between 11:30 and 12:00 to pick up. Confirming everything is ok and only need my id. 40min down the line I had to rush out be late for a meeting and guess what no phone.This is a disgrace for the product and the promise of service to clients as I said this is not the 1 st time.
