I've used these guys before on a few occasions, they were brilliant. That is, until a recent shocker.Got them to come fix a leaking t-piece in my bathroom. Bloke arrives at my house, has no idea what he's talking about. Spends a half hour awkwardly sitting in his bakkie in my driveway then leaves with the promise of a quote. Could not reverse out of my driveway, so ended up helping him by driving it out myself. Quote comes through for R1800! To fix/replace leaking t-piece... Ended up doing it myself for R200

We've used Johan's Plumbing Services twice, first was when our geyser broke the day we received guests, and they were efficient, friendly and neat installation. Today we had a drain issue and I knew who to call, they were here an hour later and within 30 mins done. I will recommend them to anyone

I phoned at 7.00 am and there was a plumber available at 8. The issue was extensive but the guys worked hard for 2 hours straight and sorted it out. 100% recommend!

Extremely happy with the professionalism of the agent, Ronel, who assisted me. She was fast, effecient, friendly and kept me updated. The Plumbers were also very professional, they worked neatly, were able to answer plumbing questions etc.and resolved the plumbing issue. So I'm very, very satisfied with my experience today. Very attentive customer service; however, I am not convinced the plumbers are experts. It took two attempts to fix a geyser leak, which started again two years later. Upon having the leak fixed by a different plumbing service, it turns out the wrong type of valve was used for the kind of geyser that we have.

I had a leaking pipe close to my kitchen area. It has been issue for months and I was so happy with the service I received. The pipe burst open again but they came back to fix it. Response intially was slow. But overall I was happy with their service. No more sleepless nights worrying about pipes for me!
