Poor service and poor standard

What a pleasant surprise! Space, space, and more space. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well maintained. Owner and staff very friendly and we were spoiled since our arrival and 2 day stay. Real value for money. Well done and thank you

Bad service.... Looks like it was once a good guest house but now it's a joke we had to share a bathroom... Worse part the owners looked like they ddnt trust us at all checking our every move like we were thieves.

I had a awsome stay for three day's. On my way from Durban just pass Ventersburg i damaged one of the mag rims of the vehicle. The owner, Alex offered to take it into Welkom, got it repaired and had it fitted again on my vechile.He took charge of it and sort it out while I had to be in town for a bussiness meeting. Anita took care of my wonderful cosy warm stay, i could spend time with my relatives at Silhouette guesthouse. Warm showers, DSTV, WiFi, enough warm blankets a lovely room.They treated us like family. I notice safe parking and the premises are wheelchair friendly. Enough space to relax and let the stress go. I will definitely come back again. I give them a full star compliment. Hanlie

Owner rude, drunk and the place smells cigarette smoke even the blankets. We had to share a toilet and bathroom, breakfast was standard had no varies to choose from. The lady who makes breakfast was racist as she said you will be safe

The friendliest and most accommodating hosts I have ever met. The room was spacious and comfortable and we wanted for nothing. The worst part was the fact that we only spent one night while passing through. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so comfortable!
