Paul fixed my fridge March. It stopped working 2 weeks after and he had to take it to his workshop. 21st July he brought my fridge back full of dents , tells me he can't fix the leak. It was not even my fridge that he gave me back.

Very bad service, overpriced and never have stock of what you need. 60% above normal retail price for inferior products. Quite ridiculous

Their response for first service was detailed and quick to respond. My fridge broke down a few weeks later (within their warranty period of six months) and that’s when they start being too busy to attend to me. After over one week without a fridge, they fixed it but that also didn’t take long. Now I am calling them everyday and waiting for an always unavailable technician to repair my fridge. Terrible terrible after repair service. Don’t give the warranty if you’ll hesitate to respond and at least call back when you won’t be able to make it. We take time off work to wait for you all day!

Shocking service!!!Made an appointment on 25 March and 23 days later nobody ever came. Today I called to make another appointment and mentioned that I have been waiting weeks and the guy on the phone insisted to look up my booking. I said forget the old booking, let's log a new one as he was waisting my time... ignoing my request to just log a new callout I waited for him just to tell me he could not find my appointment in the book, insinuating I was lying. I would not recomend this company due to their lack in service and shocking customer care.

They know what they are doing ,however need to be a bit more professional, My first repair was done fairly quickly ,unfortunately microwave packed up months later then they wanted to charge me more for same job ,which I believe they should have done correct the first time around there would be no issue .So in conclusion a bit more effort on the part and they will be first class
