We recently bout quite a bit of kitchen appliances from them. We got super deals with the friendliest and most expert service anybody could ask for. For peace of mind we went to their largest competitor with a German name and found that we have saved R 5000 at Tagelberg. The experience was most pleasant due to our salesman Ryland and his colleagues in the store.

bought 2 chairs from them that still today keep collapsing backwards. management was not interest to help, it is surely a dangerous fault that should've been returned to supplier. but they weren't interested. After sale service zero.
