Very disappointed and angry - many of our books destroyed by rain leaking into the storage unit. Even made me pay to buy extra packaging, bubble wrap to try and cover the broken and destroyed boxes. They don't respond to emails sent to their HO email address finally had to get hold of Ops Manager. One cannot put a value on books handed down and now destroyed. So much for safe and sound. Will never use them again ever.

What a great experience, from renting a unit for a couple year to cancelling my unit and the moving out process, all was effortless. The head office staff were super helpful and efficient. Jean, the Westlake branch manager was always ready to help and a pleasure to work with. Thank you all for great service, I would highly recommend, especially the Westlake branch.
