For the first time in my interaction with this dealership, I had the worst service ever, twice in a row, from the same service agent. I wonder what happened to the superb customer service this dealership used to have. What a loss of value to the money I paid. I am truly dissapointed.

Great experience I had there, I went for my very first car service and everything was seamless. Friendly staff, and were in contact with me during the course of the service and gave me feedback.One thing that doesn't sit well with me is that they fixed everything but my air conditioning system isn't working anymore. I'm gutted

Staff is very caring but they took time when your car has to go to car wash you wait for the whole day.Please try to be faster or hire more employees on the car wash side. Thank you O'Neal for the good humany

Excellent, Lionel are always willing to help and go the extra mile without a doubt, even in times of need besides just sales and applying for vehicle fimance, definately an asset to VW. Thanks to Jacques for recovering the drivers license that got stuck between the windscreen and the dashboard.

First time serviced my car and coming from more than 8 years working at a dealership myself, I am sad to say that it's a pitty to see how some dealerships drop the ball in terms of customer service. Really I felt like just another number, dropped my vehicle off at 07:15am this morning and had to sit in the customer lounge" if that what they want to call it till 15:30pm becuase they cannot offer a shuttle service due to Covid
