Pine Forest Caravan Park (Dennebos)

Very relaxing. Olympic size pool. Sporting activities in place. I go there everybyear.

Caravan park and roads in a bad state. This is obvious why there is no people in the Caravan park. Very disappointed if you look at web pics and what you see inside.

Decent place.BUT!!!2 phones and a drone were stolen out our house. The doors were designed poorly So if it's locked you can simply pull the door open.Seems like theft is a common occurrence here. And management has done nothing to prevent it. The Ceres police were very friendly and helpful though, big ups to them.

The place needs a heavy upgrade the roofing and doors upto windows are so old the appliances aren't working properly mainly the fridge isn't cold either. The fencing where baboons come through hasn't been fixed. Had neighbours partying all night till 5am and no one had the decency to quiet them down we have small kids and this was very disturbing. The only thing we enjoyed was the pools. Everything was just old and broken not cool at all

Love the peace and tranquility, the sound of the wind in the pine trees and the sight of the baboons ransacking the bins in search of leftover food. A good place to go to out of season. During the festive season it can become loud as the general public frequents the place. Love the sounds of nature...the wind, the rain, the birds, the peacock prancing around inbetween the cabins, the wild calls of nature, sightings of crabs, frogs and other insects! I love it!!!

We had a great experience, my sisters enjoyed their stay. Thank you so much for the warm welcome from the moment we arrived till we left. Will definitely come back again

Not family/kid friendly we got our football taken off by the security. No other activities for the children who are not in the pool.

The place itself gets a 4star rating from me. the service and management is what made me decide to give a 1star rating. we visited this place recently, and upon entering we explained that we have 2 newborn babies and asked permission for a small tent to be errected for the wind and just to breastfeed the babies... at 1st they said it was all good and no problem. once we entered and settled, we setup the tent as the babies were falling asleep, i soon recieved a call to say to please take down the tent as management and staff was causing a commotion. apparently the boss of the place also agreed to make an exception and then later decided against it. we were told to breastfeed the babies in the car which takes us a good 10mins to walk to as we couldnt park inside because we were day vistors. i dont understand what the problem was because its not like we drink or brought alcohol into the vacinity to drink in the tent or do illegal things in there as they do check the car and boot upon entering and leaving. i was very disappointed and wouldnt be going there as a family again. thanks for the 2hour dissapointing drive to a place which has wonderful potential.
