For a big company like this they surely need better sales people. Very rude and have no interest to secure new business. They have shared business accounts and no national accounts...So please don't even bother if your account is at one branch they can not link accounts. I will be getting my items from Marley Pipe systems from now on.

I recently had an issue with one of their products. I spoke to a consultant and they sent out a technician the next day. The technician resolved the issue for me at no cost. I am very satisfied with the service I received from MacNeil and will definitely use their products again.

Really good customer service that is delivered by very friendly consultants and installers. We received a cracked kitchen mixer and when we contacted them, they were super friendly and willing to sort the issue out. The installer arrived at the agreed time (on the dot) on the agreed day and replaced the mixer in under 5 minutes. Could not be more pleased with their service. Very big thank you to Chris - who attended to our query - and Josh - who came and replaced the mixer. Chris and Josh both professional, friendly and excellent customer service. You guys rock!
