You treat every person as a valued individual and certainly not as a customer, you are patient, efficient and most kind to us and you are simply a God send. We have seen such a difference in Damien after seeing you and appreciate how u are always so accommodating with the times that you see us, apart from the physiotherapy you have gone the extra mile in helping us with other aspects of Damiens behavioral issues and also with my back problems
