Good service and friendly staff

After waiting almost 3 weeks my signage came out very nice but Mark the rep that works for the company messed up big time he gave the wrong info to the printing department even though it was confirmed via email what I would like ) all he said was sorry ! I came from very far to collect my goods, all my petrol , time wasted! Then the reception lady Lynn tells me it will be delivered today at 12, then mark the rep sends me a message saying it will be delivered tomorrow! What a circus business! People in another department tells me this happens on a regular basis with the communication. Very bad experience!!! Don’t think I will ever use them again!
