Terrible service. Waited and hour and 15mins only to find out my order is still at the store and spoke to the cashier that told me she was the manager. Food eventually arrived with the 1st driver and the order was incorrect and then immediately after another driver arrived with an order and all the food was cold. Very bad customer service

Short delivered me last night, tried to phone to let them know but phone number is for a closed call centre.Got hold of someone today and then they put down on me, call centre phoned me and also put down half way through.I have now spent more money on airtime than the value of what wasn't delivered. Rubbish attitude from the workers that are just waiting to go home in stead of doing their job.

Wacky Wednesdays are good but the chips that I bought extra were not nice, the looked and tasted old. The caramel dipped ice cream was very little it didn't even top the cup.

Bought a rack of ribs at steers but really disappointed with what I received, half a rack for R109,and I posted the photo on your site to see. Disgusted really

Placed my order at 18:26. I’m ticket 227. At 18:55 I ask the woman at the counter if there’s a problem with my order, because they’re already serving ticket 250 and upwards, and I still haven’t gotten my food. She tells me there’s no problem, it’s coming. At 19:10 I ask someone else to check my order. She takes my ticket, checks , and then goes to the kitchen and asks them to start the order. At 19:16 I finally received my food. So thank goodness I checked with lady number 2. Add in the very minimal amount of cheese on the cheesy chips, and it’s been a really disappointing first visit.

Was a bit busy being Wednesday but understandable girl at the counter was very friendly n efficient n my food did nt take long at all considering how busy they were... good service and the food was fresh n nice... was just the delivery guys that gets in the way of movement in the store... but overall well done to the team ...

Steers Bothasig is the absolute worst....2hrs waiting for my order. This place always disappoints...if they're not getting my orders wrong, they send an incomplete order or keep me waiting for hours....literally...for cold cold food. Let me stick to Burger King shem!

The ordering process in store is like pulling teeth. Having to repeat yourself multiple times and asking for a well done burger patty seems to be a challenge.
