Worst service ever, had to wait for weeks for my cellphone. Today I waited for the whole day for the phone that is in store. Staff seems unbothered. Bring yourself a lunch box when coming to this pathetic place. Worse/slow than government. Order online instead...it is way quicker and efficient.

The staff and services need to be improved. Long waiting time in queue and unprofessional customer service. Orders need to be completed within a week and not take a month to resolve a dispute. Don't lie to customers and say stock can't be ordered.
