Pedros is a great alternative to Nando's and the quality and flavour is very comparable. In comparison with Nando's the pricing is better and I believe the customer service is great.

Food is worth the wait but that wait could be more than a hour. This place is packed so if you don't order online you will have to stand in that queue. The food is value for money but the pedros franchise definitely needs more staff because there's a high demand for their chicken since their portions are bigger and way better than nandos (and way cheaper)

I'll never order from this store again.they accepted my order and then the money was taken immediately and 5min later my order was cancelled and its been 3weeks now and me as a client must run around and do her own refund after ordering directly from them. Bt now it becomes the clients problem that it was cancelled due to their system which I don't think it's fair towards the clients at all and all they tell you is speak to a manager and when you do the managers pretend to take your details and never returns your call..

POOR SERVICE, BELGRAVIA, waited for more than 2hrs for our food and still havent received it. The food was standing waiting for a driver for more than an hour and was told it's not her problem if we receive cold food.Staff member (Pretty) is very uncouth and don't know how to deal with staff at all. She has no respect for authority either as she challenges her manager while we on the phone.She also constantly dropped the call when we requested a refund.

The service for calling in orders needs work. Online orders are offline alot, but Belgravia branch makes up for it with the quality of their food and the efficient in store service. This is my branch of choice. Food is always good, so I do not mind the queue.

Poor Service - cashier left her cashier point to have an disagreement with her colleague.Manager was calling from behind the counter that her break is overdue by 8minutes and that she needs to return. Customer infront of us had a problem with the cashier too. Our order was placed underneath the warmer without being called out and we were sitting right in front of the cashier. Overall customer service needs to improve and less bickering amongst the staff infront of customers. Will I return probably not, I prefer the one in Kromboom.

Had lunch here today and I have to say this place reminded me of Nando's .The food is very cost effective and delicious though .I got two burgers for R49 and a half chicken and chips for R65 . That is a bargain .The chicken fillet burgers were nice , soft and tender , the sauce really does come through , one was lemon and herb and thee other mild . My half chicken was mild as well .All in all a nice place for a cost effect chicken meal and I didn't have to wait long for my food .

This place was was packed, and even though there were so many customers. My food was prepared very quickly. Greeted and served by great staff with good customer service. Only downside was the lack of parking
