Terrible experience. Heater works when it wants, comes and goes at will. A simple knob with a thermocouple seems to be a challenge for this manufacturer, you can't just press: you have to press not to light or not too hard for it to work. I wonder how is it possible for them to even certify their gas products.

I sent a query about a gas burner leakage after boiling only one pot of water. I have not received any reply since the 27-Feb-2020. I have no copy of this since it is a contact page in the Totai website, and there is no email address for them.
