Great service from the ladies at PostNet Blueberry Square this afternoon. Quick, easy and friendly service.

We've given this postnet a few tries now and honestly it's by far the worst. It's a mere 1.5kms from my house and I will now rather be driving the extra 3kms to go to the Jackal Creek one. It must either be a really toxic work environment or just a strange coincidence that every person that works there seems to really not like helping customers. One on occasion, we took an item to get quoted for shipping, it was measured & weighed and we received a price - came back the next day with the exact same item to the exact same person helping us and she gave a completely different price and didn't even have any recollection of giving us a different price the day before??? The service is slow and the sighing and general disinterest in helping customers is just not worth the convenience of being close to my home. There must be a reason you guys have such a high staff turnover and a permanent hiring" sign on the door."

Please be carefull what you discuss infront of customers. How can you say i am tired of customer's whilst you are serving another customer and mind you some people do understand all language's. Very unprofessional.

Visited the outlet this morning. Greeting wasgood. But then. Wanted 2 items printed. Got 3. Then the wheels came off. He was not interested in my issue. Attitude was I printed it now so you will pay for it. Got my account and it was for R31 some cents. I queried it and then he told me he over charged me. It must be R26 some cents. No sorry nothing. Then I asked him if he cannot print one of my print bigger. Anwered me yes but I do not know how.I will be back and I hope the young man got some training.
