The service was bad someone was sitting in front sulking and not friendly but the cashier was ok when she came to serve me. The creamy chicken pizza I ordered was bad bad bad I even wanted to take it back but had already driven home. It was horrible honestly. The taste of pizza esp e creamy chicken that I love wasn't even there, seemed like I was eating some restaurant pizza not debonairs pizza. I was honestly disappointed with the taste of it.

We ordered last night around 18h30 the app kept on showing it can’t track our order so we phoned about 30min later and the call centre lady told us that the orders usually takes up to 45min, so we said ohkay we’ll give them their time at least she explained to us, but then 30min past and still no delivery we phoned again and so nobody picked up, my partner tried phoning about 4times still no answer so he phoned the branch and then they told him that our food is on it’s way now and while my partner was still talking to the lady, she put the phone of in his ear without him being able to complete his sentence, and he was not rude to her in any way. The only nice thing about this order was the delivery guy being kind. The food was cold and unpleasant to eat.

Terrible food. Running a special with a cool drink but only have coke and stoney but promote a variety. The food was really bad as it had no sauce or filling basically just dough. Nobody has responded to my complaint.

So we ordered from Debonairs Kuilsrivier. Took them a HOUR JUST TO PREPARE, and then a further 45 MIN TO A HOUR FOR DELIVERY! This, however is REDICULOUS! No apologies, not for free, cold pizza. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM ANY DEBONAIRS AGAIN!

Pathetic service waited more than 30 minutes for a small real deal pizza. The staff don't know what they doing. People that came after me got their pizzas before me. I asked the cashier so where is my pizza they ordered after me, so I was told it's still in the oven!!! All the customers were up in arms about orders after us being given their pizzas. It was just a disaster in the store this evening! And no manager or owner in sight!! I won't be coming again!!

very disappointed of my order on 20th March 23.i called store ,spoke a assistance manager, stil waiting on a manager to call.Issues:1. Eta 18:33 - Arrived 18:462.called me 18:33 asked me to wait outside ( delivery around the corner. That was 13min wait in the cold and winds.3. 1,5lt coeldrink was harm4. Pizza tasted liked rubber and no flavorNot impressed and money waisted and will think twice to order from this store again.Kominication and service delivery to client/ very unsatisfied!

Bought pizza(triple decker) at kuilsriver while in a hurry with my uncle .waite for about 40min for it to arrive .when it arrived we did not even bother looking at it we just went home .When we got home the first thing we saw on the box was basically burnt pastry, there was literally no cheese on it secondly it looked like they just piled three pastrys with no with no ingredients inside. We tried eating it but you could not even taste the chicken. Felt like i was eating burnt bisto and the crush under was extremely burnt . Love debonairs but this was the worst pizza ever .im extremely dissatisfied

How you guys are still in business blows my mind. Order took 2 and a half hours to arrive after I phoned 4 times to follow up. Pizzas are cold, quality of the food is pathetic and it literally has zero flavour, ate one slice and chucked it in the bin. R400.00 wasted I suppose. Also, please don't respond with some generic message saying your sorry and you want to hear about my experience, go lick a bag of PPC cement, then you'll have the same experience as me, dried out tasteless junk.

I ordered a Tripple decker and to our surprise the blue plastic was still in the cheese griller and this was only discovered after I bit into it.Pitty I can’t attach a picture to this review. Extremely disappointing!Please make sure to complete through quality control before you let the products leave your business.
