Management and staff always helpful and friendly.

Their workshops are clean, and the quality of work is exceptional. But they have a serious lack of communication & people skills.They received the wrong parts (insurance company at fault here), the car stood 3 days longer because of that, but not a single call was placed to provide feedback, even after asking specifically for it as travel arrangements need to be made for the pickup.When asked to do something extra, they say its no problem, and instead of calling & notifying the customer about the challenges (I would have paid for the extra work), they just leave it because they don't want to carry the costs, even though the request was written down on the job card.When bringing up my grievances (there were several), I was shut down immediately and told to never go there again.I asked them to calm down, I let them finish their rant, ask if I can now speak. I asked if it is my turn to speak now, but before completing a single sentence I was interrupted again by a 5 minute long rant.Ask yourself, is this the right way to run a business?Is this the right way to treat a client that is only trying to highlight the shortcomings?I would only recommend this place to my mother in law.Regards
