Shocking customer service!!!! The dealership in general is way over staffed with most staff just standing around, yet there is zero customer service. My new vehicle had a factory fault, the front sensors didn't work. I took the car in on Friday 13.01 and was told that a warranty claim needed to be submitted and someone would call me by Monday 16.01 eventually by Wednesday 18.01 I had still not heard back. When I called the dealer in the morning the lady was too busy to take my call, but would call me back. By lunch time still no call so I had to call again. The one lady advised that the warranty had not yet been submitted but would be submitted today and the other lady said the warranty claim was submitted today. Very contradicting. Taken almost 4 working days to submit a warranty claim.... eventually after I advised them that I would be calling customer care, then I suddenly received a call late this afternoon to say the part has now been ordered. Why should I customer have to take drastic measures and call customer service for help when consultants at the branch are paid to do a job?! Very unprofessional and so disappointing for me as a new Hyundai customer. I've always only bought VW vehicles and had great service from them so this is most definitely a bad experience for me as a first time customer.
