Hit a pothole and damaged the rim and tyre on a Friday night in Midlands Meander. Went through to Howick early Saturday morning. First two tyre fitment companies were unable to help - directing me to go to Pietermaritzburg to have the rim fixed. Not helpful when the spare is a space safer. The other option was to wait until Monday when they could assist - also not helpful when one is on the way to the KZN South Coast. Fortunately we found Best Drive. When we drove into the yard and Mohammed came out to meet us, we knew things were looking up. He had a look at the tyre and rim, made a few calls and arranged to have the rim taken through to Pietermaritzburg immediately to be fixed and have a new tyre fitted and balanced. He then had the new rim and tyre delivered and fitted at our accommodation in the Midlands - all in a few hours. Mohammed kept in touch with us throughout the morning - updating us on progress What amazing service. Thank you Mohammed. You were great.

Been here time and again. Service is always great and welcoming. Very professional and seem to make visits just that much better.

I was told that if I sent through a proof of payment I could have tyres fitted. When my wife got there she was told that the money had not been received so they could not fit the tyres. The manager said that they have been scammed and don't trust customers. We can only go back when they receive the money in their account

The food is readily available especially when busy or when traveling it's all catered for you here

Fitted incorrect sized tyres based on advice from individual at front desk. Found the tyres touched my vehicles bumper when leaving. Old tyres had to be refitted and time wasted Further time wasted having to wait for correct tyres to be ordered and having to return again to get the tyres fitted. Free alignment and rotation offered as compensation after 10,000km.
