Very unprofessional service received. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

The place is beautiful and great for the whole family, but need to improve on their bookings

It's pretty alright but the back of the place needs to be cleaned out, it's messy there.

Motshidisi one of the staff management" is so arrogant and incompetent. I called today enquiring about a specif room and she responded by saying "go to the lodge and find out for your self then she dropped the phone before i could even respond back. This shows a perfect example of being unprofessional."

It is the most refreshing place for one to enjoy himself and sleep peacefully

I would gladly recommend Budulo lodge. The lodge is far enough for a holiday experience but close enough to access town and main roads. The rooms are well furnished. 100% for customer service but Breakfast does not worth the price.

It's disappointing that such a great place with full of potential is being ran like a typical failed municipality. Slept in room 20, and I couldn't unlock the door for 2 hours without help whilst stuck inside of my room. I called Motshidisi (Staff management) countless number of times whom when she decided to take my calls, she unashamedly blasted in laughter without even apologizing for inconvenience caused. However, the staff is generally accommodating and friendly but need some intensive training to improve guest satisfaction.

A big thank you to the staff of Bodulo Lodge, they were very welcoming & very approachable. Also a very big thank u to ous Tshidi who had been the very first person I spoke to when I enquired about the accommodation. Not only did it end there but the whole communication process right through to the day our arrival. A very lovely and bubbly person might I add. Who made us feel very welcome and also feel right at home. Bodulo is a beautiful place. I definitely will be coming back. Thank you very much.Just one request for the board to be put up for the entrance, on the N8 when driving towards Ladybrand. Thank you
