Khavs is a brilliant Bio- and takes unbelievable care in his clients- he re-built me from my lowest point after having rabdo, by taking the time to engage with all my doctors, dieticians and physios to crate a holistic plan to get me back too full strength. I cannot praise him enough for the sessions that we had together, often going well into the 90 minute mark but he would never cut the time short or charge me extra at a great cost to himself. Khavs is a legend
