Quiet afternoon at KFC. Used the drive thru to get fast food.Imstead got VERY slow service.Asked to wait in parking area.Took almost 15 min to get food.Staff was friendly, hence the 2 stars, but WHERE IS THE MANAGAMENT!!

It's the worst KFC in the country. I had to wait 1st in line for about 3 minutes after getting to the counter, as the overweight counter person, decided to chat with other staff members first. It was, so hot inside your reception area, so I decided to wait outside. As my order number was called out, I walked inside..... It's almost like being in school again... And the rudest black lady gave me a stare down as she had to wait too long according to her and she showed me her irritation. This is not how you treat customers. Mr or Mrs Owner, get your act together and sort your freakin staff members attitudes out... Their attitudes really stink, and this reflects directly bsck on you.. And pls don't apologize on this message to me.. That means nothing... Do something about it... The service levels being given to customers in this country really sucks.

In short We bought 2x big family meals. Getting home, the chicken did not taste right. Took it back to be received with attitude by the staff, manager only refunded us 2 days later and not a full refund either. This is also not the first time we have bought food here, that is either off or raw, and the staff has the biggest attitude when you address the problem

They have a new look was renovated. The drive-tru is fast but still now and then I have to wait for food in the front. Food is great I enjoyed it. The staff is always friendly and helpfull. Never had any problem with my order.

Went through drive through as was in a rush to get to a site and eneded up waiting 33 minutes for food. Asked me to wait in the general parking. Parked next to someone else in their car and they got their food brought to them with the comment I'm so sorry for the long wait". Seems like a go to thing at this KFC despite the number of people that seemed to be working inside. Can't fault the food

Doesn't open untill 9:00 was there before 9:00 and waited till after 9:00 they opened late. There was a rugby team that wanted to buy food. Because of that they left and went to buy food somewhere else. When it's holiday and there's big rugby teams for the rugby tournament They can consider opening earlier. And the staff can be more friendly

It is very clean and the staff is very friendly and eager to help their customers. I've never been disappointed with this KFC before. The food is super yummy and they strive to make it fresh. I had nuggets in my order, but didn't get the dipping sauce - which was a hummer, but not a train smash. Will definitely be going back for more.
