Will not recommend people to buy a second hand car from this dealer . Bought my first bakkie from them only to find out that this bakkie was a write off few years ago . In the first 50 days i only had the bakkie with me for 10 days , rest of the time it was in for repairs . They bought the bakkie back from me same price i paid for it but lost my whole deposit from the trade in i did to buy this bakkie and then also the inconvenience they caused me with no vehicle for more than a month ... Bought a other bakkie from them which also had some problems and they did assist with the first issue but when i told them theres still a issue they just ignored me ... Few thousand later out of my own pocket and the bakkie was fixed , after i lost a big amount of money from first bakkie . So i will not recommend this garage for any second hand vehicles .

I've recently booked my car for a service at Mosselbaai Nissan at 8am the afternoon (3pm) when I had to leave Mosselbaai I went to the dealership only to find my car parked at the same place I've left it the morning. When I addressed the issue they said that they've been extremely busy, but that morning the lady at the service desk told me that there's only 5 cars to be serviced that included my vehicle.A month later I got a warning for my vehicle that the oil level is low, with I found weird since my vehicle has never warned me that the oil is low. I went to another workshop only to find that my cars oil was about half and not full as it should be. My car do not leak oil, nor does it smoke.I have phoned the service advisor that originally helped me to inform her that they have made a mistake. She said that they will get back to me ASAP. That has been the 4th of Feb 2022 and no excuse / explaining.

I had the worst experience ever with this car dealership. I bought a car in September 2020. The car started losing coolant and water was mixing with water in 5 months. The sales person Izak was very rude and prevaricate in dealing with the issue. He was disregarded all my concerns and he he instructed me to go to the ombudsman of which he knew that was gonna take forever and I will be forced to fix the car myself. Bought a second hand car from them beginning of August, had problems from the beginning. Still haven't received the spare key and now that the steering rack of the car broke down the blaming game starts and no one returns you calls or emails. Also very arrogant the sales people. Very helpful when you want to buy a car but once it is sold there is zero service

We were so thankful that Mosselbaai Nissan was able to help with a pollen filter replacement as we passed through on our way to Mossel Bay. Our Aircon was not working well during our trip down from Johannesburg and after removing the filter and re-gassing the car in Graaf Reinet it was one less thing to worry about for our trip back through the karoo (at 42 degrees) .

Very bad experience, they worked on the car, we needed to take it back seeing that the problem was not solved, after a month the car is with another dealer that needs to sort out their mess. If I dont phone them to find out what is going on nothing happens. You go to a dealer for piece of mind not to have have constant problems after that.
