Every time I have ordered online, some of the items I've ordered is out of stock even though it is clearly shown to be in stock when I order it. It is highly frustrating and infuriating. If only there was a option for no stars, I would have chose to give no stars at all

Check everything you buy when its rounded up at the till.A few times now, the shelf price and price at the till have been different. When queried, its nothing but long stories blaming customers, poor service and incorrect product/specials advertised.I will not recommend them and their poor/misleading customer service any longer.

I have serious doubts as to the competence of most of the staff that are employed here. It has happened on a few occasions that I rather went to a different pharmacy than suffer the people employed here. It is obvious that they have very little regard for their customers and are seldom helpful. They lack worth ethic, professionalism and people skills.

Today i don't know what is going with dischem. Twice someone had to go collect our medication for me and now i still don't have all my childs medication after we phoned this morning around 9am and 1st collection was around 3pm. 2nd collection was around 4:30pm after we had to phone again. I knowvit is a busy time with covid but please get everything together. It is costing us airtime and stress

I have made contact with 2 Dischems in Gauteng and they were very efficient however try calling the Secunda branch at the Secunda Mall. You can never get ahold of Dischem Secunda. Please answer your phones. You seriously do not want infected people walking into Dischem to refill medication. So answer your phones or have someone dedicated to answer the phone.

They must get there admin in order had a prescription that they said expired now but when i handed the prescription in nobodey told me it will expire in 6month and i can only get the meds in every 3 months

I am very disappointed with Secunda branch Dis-Chem.Called a day ago to order medicine firstly no one answers have called several times, and when they do they either cut you off or keep transferring you till the line dies any way. And not to mention all the airtime that i have waistedSecond day still no delivery and full of excuses will not use them again or refer to anyone.
