Always fantastic service!

We have had multiple excellent experiences with the Bredasdorp branch. A special mention goes to Peter Louis, he is friendly and cares about your item being delivered! We sell handmade ceramics and have used many different courier operators, Courier Guy have proven themselves above the rest.

I screwed up a PUDO pickup. I called an enquire for a resolution. The staff acknowledged my dilemma and promply resolved the matter. This is small town service elevated to a very high standard. Thank you to them all.

I sent a parcel through the PUDO service and by some electronic glitch the receiver only had a few hours to collect. The personnel at Bredasdorp were very helpful and the receiver was excellently serviced.

Easy friendly service

HiFirst of all Bredassorp didn't do anything wrong. Please just inform me how do we as customers pay overnight but don't get overnight delivery? I had an order from Bloem to Kleinmond got it the next day. Again a order from Bloem to Struisbaai didn't receive my package. Now tell me it's not our customers problem if there is now hubs in a town or why don't this get explained to you? Or why isn't customers updated on exactly what's going on? What happens when it's life or death that's why a customer selected overnight but now gets this suprise? Please xplain this to? I can tell you remove overnight then for small towns or if there is no airport because from 6:10 in the morning from CPT to Swellendam then to Bredassorp and then Struisbaai doesn't take the whole day. Thank you Courier guy for this outstanding service.

I paid to drop two parcels at pudo locker in struisbaai- arrived 09h45 on 9/5 - locker screen not responding ? I phoned courier guy bredasdorp at 09h47 and was told to give it 15 minutes after loadshedding stopped ' at 10h34 I phoned again and the lady promised to call me back in 5 minutes .....at 10h46 still waiting for the promised call I decided to drive to bredasdorp 31 km trip to rather deposit my parcels at the depot ' on enquiry as to why I was never phoned back the response was sorry we are busy- the pudo customer whatsapp libe us also useless as I whatsapp them at 09h40 with the issue- at 11h54 the responded with were you able to drop the parcel- 0/10 for customer service
