Me and my husband applied for a 2bedroom unit and got declined... They say even if you ear 3500 you can get approved... But see what happened with us... Now I don't even know what to do... And when I asked them that they told me I can try again in 3months time... So we will be struggling for 3 months and who says they will approve us then

If u could give this place 0 star rating I would. It's absolutely ridiculous how management works. Favors their friends only. Security is taking bribes. No consistency in work ethic. It feels like you are in a prison. So much rules and regulations. I won't recommend anyone staying there

I have a mould issue. Called 3 weeks back and was told to wait because they are sorting out some other things. I had to email in order to get a response. The mould issue was resolved" by applying paint over it. I am not happy because others are experiencing the same but no effective solution has been provided"

Bad service !!!!! You pay for parking and then you are not allowed to park inside....??? IJust dont understand how this workes.I pay for parking and can not park inside but there is people that does not even stay here that parks inside ?!?

Highly disappointed in the process applied specifically at the Uitenhage development. I applied and was denied due to 'affordability'. I followed up because that made no sense, so I questioned how much they intended to charge on rent for a 1bedroom flat and the estimate was above R5000!!! How does that even make sense for a 2 bedroom flat!?? Is this development not meant to be affordable!?? Or is it only meant for certain people!!??? Disappointing honestly

This Imizi arehousing is a rip off, they say affordable housing but some people pay as far as 5k a month. I hardly ever use water but my water bill is sky high and ontop of that sometimes there is unannounced electricity cut offs or water cut offs and water comes back brown. Alot of people are complaining here but their complaints are not attended to.
