Good store. Whish it had more up to date stock like the Joburg baking stores, like small containers with ready made plastic icing and more modern characters for cupcakes and cakes. Still looks like and stocks like a baking shop from 2010...a decade later and they can't even print from email.

The shop itself is well stocked. But the staff lack customer service even at 16:30pm in the afternoon. From being addressed as Tannie then Mevrou then being asked if I have children all this while just wanting to pay. The staff need to learn to speak in English and address customers properly and not assume things or ask personal questions.

I love going to SA Baking Supplies!! They have everything you need and more! I always feel inspired when i browse the shelves. They have a HUGE variety of glitters, premixes, piping tips, spices, and so much more! If i could, I would take the whole shop home with me!!
