Disgusting service from Fix Auto Ferndale ...no one takes ownership of their queries or faults.... Waited almost 2 months to get a bumper and radiator replaced and still have not recieved the car

They are so slow and don't offer much In terms of updates. You always need to phone in and follow up yourself. Be prepared to wait at least a month even for small jobs that would normally take 2 days with other shops

I was very happy with their service, workmanship and fast turn around time.

Dotsure send my vw, that was involved in accident to fix auto twice and both time they did a bad job on my car.Looks like the door was replace with a 2nd hand door and their workmenship was really bad.

Honestly not impressed and honestly not sure why my insurance recommended this company. I’ve been without my car for a month now . With no communication from Fix Auto unless I physically call them myself. No updates have also been given on the progress of my car, again unless I physically call, but no real answer on what is going on with my car is given. I’ve been given endless promises saying they will update me or they will ask the mechanic to return my call. But still nothing. I was promised a call again today, but still nothing. Which is now highly irritated me, as I could’ve arranged to rent a car in the interim. I understand parts do take time to arrive, however the simple courtesy of picking up the phone and just making me aware of what’s going on would’ve eased my frustrations. I’ve let my insurance know the shocking service I’ve received and hope in future they think differently on who to recommend. Because I’ll never bring my car back here, that is hoping I do get my car back soon.

If I could rate this business 0, I would!! I went to collect my vehicle and the door handle that was damaged during the attempted theft was not even sprayed! There was a huge dent in my door and the front bumper has cracks that were never there before. My car has been there for more than 10 weeks and upon collecting the car there are issues that still has not been resolved such as painting the handle!! To say this service is pathetic is the most polite way to put it. On top of that, the delays were countless with them not requesting approval from the insurance for all the parts at once but doing so in bits and drabs.. I have used this panel beaters twice and I will not do so again-EVER! On the first occasion, I had to return as the lights inside the car would not turn off and on the second occasion, I experienced the above.

Friendly staff and repairs well done - but they appear to take long compared to companies I have used in the past. It would be great to get feedback at least once or twice during the process. Phone lines not working should not be an excuse for not contacting a customer at a promised time... use can be made of cellphones or e-mails.

I am seriously disgusted in this place and my whole experience with them. For a minor accident i have been waiting now for more than 2 months. There is absolute no communication whatsoever. Everytime they call me to collect my vehicle, they have missed something. They tried to sign off my car with no water inside, they did not realize it until i showed them. They person who came to fill up my car with water did not even know where to fill the car up with water !!! They dont care about there customers or their vehicles. Eventually they said i must take the care as is or that i should pay out of my pocket even though it is a insurance claim.I want to warn people to not use these people or to be very careful if you do use them.
