Very disappointing.Calling me in with an appointment early morning, just to exchange a sensor.And late afternoon i'f been told it is only ready by tomorrow.This is disgusting!How can I ceep my appointments now ?If 0 stars would be an option this time I would coos it.

Unenviable service from refilwe. Dropped off my car for service on 14th March 2023. I was informed by the service consultant (refilwe) that I will only get my car the following day (no problem with that) , however she promised to update me, in the course of the day, regarding the diagnostic report......that never happened.The following day I didn't get any response whatsoever until when when I had to call numerous times to get feedback. All was in vain as each time I was told to leave my contacts so she can call me back. Realizing that refilwe was not going to call, I called and talked to her manager who got her to call me. She called me and told me that I could come for the car as it was ready. I got there at exactly 17h00 and was told to wait. Got to see her at18h16 only to be told that I won't get the car.I had to wait for my wife to fetch me and she only picked me up at 19h10. Not sure what will happen tomorrow when I fetch the car.NB I have been servicing my cars at this service center since 2013 and this is the only time I have had a horrible experience

Worst service experience I have ever had, i been waiting on the call for 15 minutes just to speak to a Service advisor, even after speaking to their service advisor was busy with other people making noise behind the call while I was still waiting, and then guy tells me that he’s very busy I called on wrong timing, after waiting for another 7 minutes, he says the system to confirm Service history is offline, I wanted to make a Service booking. I am so disappointed, they are so unprofessional.

Watch out they pray on old people ,sell them old model new vehicles just to move there numbers and never give any sort of after service.They say they getting back to you and nothing happens.its about 2 Months still awaiting a call from the sales person .Spend so much on a new GLC 220d to find out i was sold the old model and told its the latestAll False Promises .No once calls Back.PATHETHIC FROM MERCEDES BENZ

We have honestly over the years experienced the worst level of service from this dealership. Mostly on the service side but also on the sales side.I didn’t think their service level could be worse but alas, they have managed to surprise us. I booked our new vehicle in for its first service using their online booking system on 27 April for 9 May as the service light appeared. I received confirmation and entered all the details for the service. They ask for mileage etc so they are aware what needs to be done. I even received an email reminder on 8 May. When we arrived on 9 May we were told that we wouldn’t have the vehicle back that day as they spoke to me the day before and I had canceled the booking. Absolute nonsense as I didn’t even speak to anyone nor would I cancel the booking. They couldn’t provide us with the recorded call. They then said we must leave the vehicle there but would only be able to collect ot on 10 May as they are now fully booked. We didn’t hear anything from themOn 9 May but received a call on 10 May saying the vehicle can be collected but hasn’t been serviced as they dont have parts. So we’ll need to bring it back another time! How do you not know you don’t have parts for a standard first service? I’m sorry but this is the worst run Merc dealership and after complaining time after time, nothing improves. It will honestly make us not buy another Merc!

Had to fix quite a few things on the car, so left it with them for about a month as they were waiting for parts. When I went to finally fetch my car there was a jacket and a can of beer in it. Over the past 2 years their service went from excellent to trash.

Great for a dealership of this magnitude. A bit pricey on all items. Customer service is tops . A big concern though is that the Mercedes brand is going down the drain.

Absolutely useless Dealership. Can't even answer their phones. Eventually when they do the same no joy continues. Ask for service department and all you get is pathetic repetitive music with periodic messages of how wonderful they are and then you get cut off. Disgraceful representation for the Mercedes Benz brand.
