I am a first time customer at The Screwman and I made a purchase of a odd size threaded rod. Jerry assisted me via email and over the phone with my order. During the phase where he procured my purchase I had regular contact for him updating me and when the product was delivered I was pleased as it was the right product and it was wrapped well so that it did not damage during transport.

Terrible service. I drove from Limpopo to this branch in Pretoria because they reassured us 3 times that they have the stock and it measures exactly the way I need it.I get back to Nelspruit and it's wrong.Drive back to Pretoria the next day and they tell me it's not their fault?He continues to play games on his phone and first tries to convince me the stock is right even though the differences are 1-2cm different. He says I must come back the next day he'll order me the correct stock.Why do I need to drive to Pretoria from Bela-Bela THREE TIMES ??I walk to the till for a credit and I can hear them talking smack about me. Wow. Great place.
