Only giving it a one star because I can't give it zero or minus one . The worst grilled chicken I have ever had in my life! The skin was so over spiced it looked burnt! The inside was so tasteless. I ordered hot but there was no heat whatsoever. Severely disappointed, good enough to put me off Mochachos.The burger ordered wasn't good as well, also a zero star.

Wonder if the owner knows their delivery guys are costing them business during these tough times. He drove off with the food I ordered, manager was okay about it. The driver must've of sold him a different story. He was upset because he couldn't find my place. How's that for service.

Terrible, awful, just the worst. Their presentation is messy and lazy, ingredients of poor quality and the chips are revolting. I do not recommend at all.

I ordered the chicken strips, chip and dip combo and it was horrible. They gave me burnt chicken strips and under cooked chips. How can you serve people food like this or even let food like this leave the kitchen, pathetic. They definitely will not be getting my support.

The quality use to be so great prior to the current manager . He is so unprofessional, the standards and quality have dropped dramatically. The chips was so old and dried off that we ordered and the food had no flavor.They really need to do a quality check and definitely need new management as I know the store had way better service and product before . So disappointed

The 1 star is just to be able to post my review,l bought a shwarma 2 days ago in carnival city,the best l ate,then today l decided to try the one close to where l stay in Oaklands,the lettuce l saw at the one l bought from carnival city,the lettuce wad none in the one from oàklands,only cucumber,some of the chicken was kind of like shredded chicken some of it was big chunks of chicken,no peri mayo sign at all,l wonder what sauce was put,the worst never see me at any of the mochachos,l would only go to the one in carnival city because they know their story,so disappointed,what a waste of money and fuel.

Small little shop at the Caltex garage in Oaklands. Not a sit in because it is too small. Quite busy with orders for delivery. Ordered their 4 wings and they were so small and definitely not worth the R45 I paid. The service was ok not slow. 2 stars for the meal that was not value for money.
