It’s a pity I can’t give a rating of 0 out of 5 because that’s how terrible the service is here.First of, the customer service is atrocious. You get in the shop and it’s like you walking in is a burden to them. They clearly don’t want to work there. They’re unfriendly and on their phones. Terrible.Second, I had a package a needed picked up on Thursday. I was told it would be delivered on Monday. On Monday it still wasn’t delivered so I made inquiries, only to find out that it was never picked up at the offices on Thursday to begin with. I even asked Post Net on Friday and they assured me it was picked up.The only saving grace is that I managed to receive a refund, and used DHL to do it instead.

They did not inform me that my parcel arrived. I sent a friend to pick up my parcel as I do not stay in KWT, they insisted on getting a copy of my ID and then started discussing the matter in Xhosa. BAD!!!

Service is friendly & professional but it could be faster if the team had a second counter computer because each of them must wait for a colleague to finish with the computer before they help the next client.

Very poor service the ladies are always late to open the branch and when they get here they don't even greet or apologize. We got here at 7:50 and the first lady arrived at 8:12, she couldn't even find the keys to open the branch.
