Great service, friendly staff. Assisted with an abnormal issue and they were very thorough, helpful and informative. They resolved the issue for us within an hour. If I buy the 2022 Isuzu DMAX, I will definitely consider Westvaal Menlyn 1st.

Enquired about the labour charge to replace a thermostat on a Peugeot 3008. Still waiting for service department to revert back to me. Terrible service. Will never ever recommend any Peugeot product to anyone. They are utter rubbish.

Most useless Opel in Gauteng they promise call backs but never deliver and their service department is impossible to get hold of. What a disgusting branch to represent the brand!

Had a terrible experience. I took my car for service and the job done was poor. The engine cover was not installed back, rather it was left in the trunk, the filter was not installed, the removed parts were just left in the car, the anti-freeze and brake fluids were not topped up, the items i had requested that they be attended were not and was still charged R9000. I complained and they knocked off R1500 of the bill and the lady promised to escalate my complaint which was never done to this day. I wil never use Westvaal Menlyn again.

Buy a bakkie, great service. Have your bakkie serviced, get the worst service ever!! 4th service with this dealership, and not once walked out happy. Another 90min wasted on poor customer service.

Very disappointing service from Peugeot call center/receiving desk. I had to call multiple times before my call was answered. When they finally did answer and I asked for Parts Department, there was no response from them. It's as if it's a habit of the staff there to just ignore calls. I was promised a call back. They never did. You guys should just disconnect your phone lines because they are useless. If there was zero star rating, i would give it to you guys because you don't deserve any.

I recently had my Isuzu bakkie serviced at this dealership. Apart from the fact they charged me R3000 more than another Isuzu dealer did for a similar service 3 months earlier. They also insisted there was an additional R42000 worth of work needed on the vehicle. When I pushed back and questioned why certain items had been listed no answer could be given and in the case of the R6000 tail light there was in fact nothing wrong with this part.I have left numerous messages for the service head to please contact me but to no avail.
